Role Description
The Senior Associate, Supply Chain Import/Export, supports global distribution requirements planning (DRP) and order execution across internal sites and third-party partners. The role ensures efficient product distribution, continuous improvement, and full compliance with GMP, GDP, and SOX regulations.

Responsibilities
- Execute global distribution and order management activities in line with company procedures and customer requirements.
- Manage DRP activities and Finished Drug Product (FDP) inventory to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Coordinate shipments with warehouses, planning teams, logistics partners, and third-party suppliers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance distribution and order management performance.
- Act as process owner for stock reconciliation and maintain controlled documentation.
- Support audits, projects, and ensure ongoing GMP/GDP compliance and training.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 3+ years of supply chain experience in a GMP/GDP-regulated environment.
- Experience in DRP, order-to-cash, or customer service operations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
