Role Description
As a Senior Global Customer Operations Specialist, you will manage end-to-end customer operations and supply coordination for assigned international markets. You will act as the key link between markets, supply chain teams, and logistics partners, ensuring smooth order fulfillment, issue resolution, and continuous improvement within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, intercompany replenishment, and third-party supply.
- Act as the main customer and market point of contact.
- Monitor stock levels, order status, and deliveries.
- Handle exceptions (delays, stock issues, financial claims, shelf life).
- Coordinate with 3PLs, supply chain, finance, and regulatory teams.
- Ensure accurate master data, documentation, and compliance.
- Support demand management and short-term planning.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in customer operations or supply chain.
- Experience in a regulated / multinational environment.
- Strong knowledge of customer service and downstream SC processes.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience with SAP (Rapid Response is a plus).
