Role Overview
As Supply Chain Manager, you will lead regional supply planning activities, ensuring robust forecasting, effective S&OP execution, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to anticipate risks, optimize supply, and support commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional supply chain planning and forecasting activities
- Drive S&OP / IBP processes and scenario planning
- Analyse demand, capacity, and inventory data to support decision-making
- Use ERP and advanced planning tools to model and optimise supply
- Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, quality, and commercial teams
- Identify risks and implement preventive actions
- Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in supply chain planning within an industrial environment
- Strong ERP planning system experience
- Advanced Excel and data modelling skills
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience in a GMP-regulated environment
- S&OP / IBP planning experience
- Kinaxis RapidResponse or Anaplan knowledge
