Role Description
As a Process Development Manager, you will develop and implement process solutions for liquid and powder products, supporting projects from lab and pilot scale through factory implementation. You will work closely with R&I, Operations, and Quality to ensure safe, scalable, and compliant processes.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement process solutions across innovation and factory projects.
- Manage lab, pilot, and industrial trials for liquid and powder products.
- Lead 2–3 process technology projects simultaneously.
- Ensure product safety and regulatory compliance in collaboration with Quality.
- Support factory implementation, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Deliver process documentation, specifications, and technical assessments.

Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in process technology or factory environments.
- Experience with liquid and/or powder processing.
- Strong communication and project coordination skills.
- Proactive, hands-on, and team-oriented mindset.
