Role Description
As a Product Lifecycle Regional Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating the full lifecycle of assigned products within the region. Partnering closely with the Regional Operations Lead, you will help drive product changes, support launches, manage documentation flows, and maintain regulatory alignment. Over time, you’ll progress toward independently leading lifecycle management activities. This position serves as a cross-functional connector - bridging Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing - to ensure smooth execution, right?first?time delivery, and operational excellence across the portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Supporting and eventually independently managing end?to?end product lifecycle activities in alignment with the Regional Variation Master Plan.
- Maintaining the Regional Variation Master Plan by coordinating with key stakeholders such as regional and local Regulatory Affairs.
- Conducting labeling assessments within relevant systems and complete required checklists.
- Contributing to successful product launches across the region.
- Handling Specialized Shipping processes for designated products.
- Ensuring accurate, right?first?time handovers to production sites by documenting all regional requirements in the appropriate systems.
- Leading small-scale improvement initiatives and supporting data collection for customer-driven requests.
- Coordinating cross-functional efforts between Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
- Managing Master Data activities and requesting workflows.
- Supporting preparation of business cases and complete impact assessments for launches or lifecycle updates.
- Processing registration sample submissions and product demo requests.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline team processes and drive continuous improvement within your area of influence.
- Recommending and supporting adoption of standardized tools, templates, and methods to enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or supply chain, ideally with APICS, CPIM, or CIRM certification.
- Background in international and multi-disciplinary environments, with exposure to change management.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong problem?solving abilities.
- Customer?focused approach and confident facilitation skills.
- Action-oriented, energetic, and comfortable handling complex tasks.
- Tech?savvy, with the ability to adopt and work with new digital tools and technologies.
- Strong communicator able to adapt across diverse stakeholder groups.
