Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment team with interview scheduling, candidate communication, documentation, and coordination activities. You will act as a central point of contact for candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers, ensuring smooth and efficient recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities
-Coordinate and schedule interviews (phone, video, in-person), including travel arrangements when needed.
-Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment status updates in the ATS.
-Support recruiters and hiring managers by confirming interview logistics.
-Serve as a communication bridge between candidates and the HR team.
-Prepare and send recruitment-related correspondence.
-Assist with virtual or in-person meetings and internal events.
-Provide general administrative support to the HR function.
-Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
-2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR administration, project coordination, or scheduling-focused roles.
-Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
-Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
-Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
-Service-oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
-Experience with ATS systems (such as Workday, Greenhouse, Taleo, SuccessFactors) is an advantage.
-High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
-Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
