Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Specialist to support and enhance the quality processes within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining quality standards, conducting process verifications, and driving improvements across the quality control functions.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, improve, and ensure compliance of the quality management system within the quality control department.
- Perform process validations to verify adherence to standards.
- Identify deviations and initiate corrective and preventive actions.
- Collaborate with laboratory team leaders and other departments to optimize work processes.
- Develop, update, and enforce work instructions, procedures, and standards.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and quality awareness.

Requirements
- MBO4 or HBO degree, preferably in laboratory technology or quality management.
- 3-5 years of experience in a quality role within a quality control environment.
- Laboratory experience is a plus, especially in food or dairy sectors.
- Proactive, critical, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage colleagues in quality initiatives.
- Analytical and detail-oriented, yet able to see the bigger picture.
- Responsible, structured, and clear in work approach.
- Fluent in Dutch.
