Role Description
As the Brand Manager for the professional dishwasher category in Europe, you will help shape the future of the brand’snnovation pipeline and portfolio strategy. This role is ideal for a marketer with strong drive, creativity, and an entrepreneurial mindset. You will support innovation development, strengthen category performance, and collaborate closely with cross?functional teams across regions. It is a visible, growth?oriented role suited for someone eager to make a tangible impact in a fast?moving, purpose?led B2B environment. 

Responsibilities 

  • Building a deep understanding of operator needs and pain points, generating actionable insights that translate into relevant product and channel solutions.
  • ???????Supporting the full Dishwash Professional platform, ensuring innovation and renovation projects are delivered on time and in full in collaboration with cross?functional partners.
  • Co?developing a multi?year innovation pipeline with CMI, R&D, and Supply Chain, covering both core and core+ portfolio opportunities.
  • Ensuring operational excellence across the innovation process, maintaining strong tracking, documentation, and transparent gate?stage updates.
  • Developing persuasive trade stories and operator?focused communication that combine insights, product benefits, and claims to fuel effective sell?in and activation. 
  • Working closely with R&D and Legal to define product propositions and claims, and partner with Digital/E?commerce teams to build impactful assets for multiple channels.
  • ???????Applying an agile, “start?up” mindset to accelerate development, test solutions, and champion operator?back innovation.
  • Managing project budgets with discipline, ensuring accurate planning, reporting, and financial oversight. 

Requirements 

  • 2–5 years of experience in marketing or innovation, ideally within FMCG; B2B experience is advantageous.
  • ???????Strong passion for innovation and portfolio strategy, with the ability to combine insight, creativity, and commercial logic to bring meaningful solutions to market.
  • Demonstrated capability to understand operator decision-making, identify pain points, and convert insights into robust propositions and claims.
  • Solid analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to assess portfolio performance, market dynamics, and innovation gaps.
  • Confident collaborator able to work effectively with R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, Regulatory, Digital, and local business teams, aligning stakeholders across functions and geographies.
  • Experience managing end?to?end innovation processes, navigating gate stages, prioritizing workstreams, and delivering projects effectively.
  • Strong budget management skills, with a track record of responsible planning and financial accuracy.
