Job Description
The Warehouse Distribution Specialist will oversee daily warehouse activities, ensuring accurate inventory management, proper handling of materials, and timely distribution of products. This role involves supporting manufacturing processes, shipping, and receiving to meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards in a dynamic environment.
 
Responsibilities

• Perform manual material decontamination according to established procedures while adhering to EHS guidelines
• Prepare and deliver raw materials to various departments, ensuring all procedures and temperature conditions are maintained
• Restack incoming goods and prepare outbound shipments, following company policies and procedures
• Plan, supervise, and participate in warehouse operations to support production and internal customer needs
• Manage daily warehouse tasks and ensure completion of assigned activities
• Record ERP transactions accurately and report any inventory discrepancies to the team, escalating issues when necessary
• Cross-train across all warehouse functions to ensure flexibility and coverage
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspection-ready warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures, GMP guidelines, and work in a cleanroom setting when required

• Previous experience with warehouse operations within a regulated environment
• Hands-on approach with good computer literacy
• Team player capable of working collaboratively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with minimal supervision, adjusting to changing priorities
