About the Role
This position strengthens the maintenance execution team by planning, preparing, and coordinating mechanical maintenance activities. The role focuses on ensuring safe, efficient, and well-organized maintenance execution across production installations. It requires strong technical knowledge, SAP expertise, and the ability to operate in a dynamic industrial setting.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and plan mechanical maintenance activities for production installations.
- Create, manage, and update work orders and maintenance plans in SAP.
- Interpret technical drawings, manuals, and instructions for work preparation.
- Coordinate activities with maintenance teams and cross-functional departments.
- Identify potential issues proactively and take preventive actions to minimize downtime.
- Gather relevant technical data to create complete work order packages.
- Support field teams with clear instructions and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems (pumps, compressors, motors, rotary valves).
- Proven ability to interpret technical documentation.
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for work order and maintenance management.
- At least 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, planning, or preparation.
- MTS diploma or comparable technical education in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Proactive, flexible, and able to work effectively in changing environments.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and operational excellence.
Other Information
- Full-time on-site position.
- Occasional overtime depending on production and maintenance needs.
