Role Description
As a Microbiology Analyst, you will be part of a quality control team responsible for ensuring microbiological compliance within controlled manufacturing environments. You will perform routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring activities in support of production and quality operations. The role requires hands-on laboratory experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work according to GMP and regulatory standards in a shift-based setting.

Responsibilities
- Perform environmental monitoring activities in cleanroom and controlled environments.
- Execute microbiological assays, including endotoxin testing, sterility testing, bioburden testing, and plate reading.
- Perform accurate data entry, review, and trending of microbiological results.
- Support routine maintenance and upkeep of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
- Participate in departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Adhere to GMP guidelines, safety standards, and internal quality procedures.
- Perform additional tasks as required to support quality control operations.


Requirements
- MLO Level 3 or Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology (preferred).
- 0–4 years of experience in a microbiology laboratory and/or environmental monitoring role.
- Practical experience with microbiological techniques such as air, surface, and water monitoring.
- Experience working in aseptic environments and cleanroom operations.
- Ability to gown for cleanroom entry and lift up to approximately 12 kg.
- Knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality control processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
