About the Role
This role supports the growth of the Professional Dishwash portfolio across Europe by driving innovation, gathering operator insights, and executing brand building initiatives. The position plays a key part in shaping a multi year innovation roadmap, collaborating with cross functional teams, and bringing operator centric solutions to market. It is ideal for someone entrepreneurial, analytical, and passionate about innovation in an FMCG and B2B context.
Responsibilities
- Gather and translate operator insights into actionable innovation ideas and product solutions.
- Support the full lifecycle of innovation and renovation projects, ensuring timely delivery.
- Co-develop a long-term innovation funnel with insights, R&D, and supply chain teams.
- Ensure excellence in innovation processes, documentation, and gate management.
- Build compelling trade and operator narratives for sell-in and activation.
- Define product propositions and claims in partnership with regulatory and technical teams.
- Collaborate with digital and e-commerce teams on asset development.
- Apply a start-up mindset focused on agility, experimentation, and operator-back design.
- Manage and track project budgets with accuracy and discipline.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or innovation within FMCG; B2B experience is an advantage.
- Strong innovation and portfolio management mindset with the ability to shape pipelines.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from operator behavior and pain points.
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical skills to assess market trends and portfolio gaps.
- Skilled at collaborating with cross-functional and international teams.
- Experience managing end-to-end innovation processes.
- Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage project budgets effectively.
