About the Role
As a Mechanical Development Engineer, you will contribute to the functional development of precision cutting components used in grooming and personal care devices. You will work from early concept through to mass production, collaborating closely with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and engineer cutting elements from concept to industrialization
• Translate functional, user, and commercial requirements into technical solutions
• Define hypotheses, set up and execute experiments, and analyze results to guide design decisions
• Design and release high-quality mechanical components suitable for mass production
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related field
• Around 2+ years of experience in product or function development
• Strong skills in 3D CAD and precision mechanical design
• Hands-on experience with testing, experimentation, and data analysis
Other Information
This is a hybrid role, combining hands-on engineering work on-site with focused development and analysis off-site. You will work in a highly structured development environment that encourages technical depth, collaboration, and continuous improvement, with opportunities to grow your expertise over time.
