Role Description
We are looking for a Logistics Process Specialist to manage and optimise raw material supply processes for biotherapeutics production. This role involves analysing and improving logistics workflows, ensuring efficient replenishment from the central warehouse to Kanban/Supermarkets in clean rooms.
Responsibilities
- Analyse existing logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
- Design, implement, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for material flow and distribution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including warehouse, operations, and global planning.
- Own and manage Kanban process design and control.
- Define and monitor KPIs to track performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Apply lean principles to optimise raw material replenishment processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics process improvement or supply chain optimisation within a pharmaceutical or similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with material flow and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
