Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to support production and operational activities in a busy laboratory environment. The successful candidate will perform technical tests, manage equipment, and ensure smooth laboratory operations to support scientific and manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct complex diagnostic tests and technical procedures in the laboratory.
- Prepare materials, equipment, and controls needed for experiments and testing.
- Support trial production runs, monitor processes, and document results accurately.
- Analyze data, compile findings into clear reports, and maintain detailed laboratory records.
- Detect equipment issues, perform routine maintenance, and support equipment management.
- Assist with ordering supplies, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring laboratory safety standards.
- Follow established protocols under supervision and adapt to changes in trial design as needed.
- Collaborate with team members, report findings, and support ongoing laboratory activities.

Requirements:
- Experience in a laboratory setting, preferably within medical or scientific research.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
- Good understanding of laboratory equipment and basic experimental procedures.
- Ability to work independently and reliably follow instructions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and alertness to experimental variations.
