It`s first European branch opened in Amsterdam and now has three other facilities in the Netherlands serving countries all over the globe.

Role Description
As a QA Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring that all production activities comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal quality standards. The position focuses on reviewing batch documentation and preparing release proposals to guarantee product compliance throughout its lifecycle.

Responsibilities
- Review batch documentation promptly for product release.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, internal standards, and registration dossiers.
- Maintain accurate administration and archiving of GMP documentation.
- Identify and participate in improvement initiatives (MPS/Lean Six Sigma).
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture within the department.
- Collaborate with QA release specialists, Qualified Persons (QPs), and operational coaches.
- Communicate effectively with planning and other QA-IPT teams.

Requirements
- Minimum MBO diploma in biochemistry, microbiology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and GDP.
- Problem-solving skills with basic statistical and analytical understanding.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Familiarity with compliance regulations and quality improvement processes.
- Willingness to support and initiate change.
