About the Role
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will manage a team of maintenance technicians and a work planner to ensure optimal performance of production lines and installations. You will oversee preventive maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to maximise equipment efficiency and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 20 maintenance professionals across shifts.
- Ensure compliance with Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment regulations.
- Manage preventive maintenance plans, repairs, and improvement projects.
- Analyse breakdown data to optimise maintenance strategies.
- Report on technical performance, maintenance budgets, and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient operations.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the maintenance department.
Requirements
- Completed technical education at HBO level.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in maintenance leadership.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and stress-resistant.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and continuous improvement methodologies.
