The Company
Our client is a global biopharma organization that labels, assembles, stores and ships medicines from their Breda site to nearly 100 markets across Europe, the Middle East, Turkey and Africa. The Breda site is Class A certified and renowned for handling high complexity and short lead times.

Role Overview
Our Client is seeking a Supply Chain Manager — Product Planner to join the Supply Planning team in Breda. You will manage short- to mid-term production plans for packaging lines, own product and line responsibilities, and collaborate across manufacturing, quality, warehouse and global supply chain teams to ensure stable supply to patients.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage short-term and mid-term production planning for packaging lines and assigned products.
- Create and maintain mid- and long-term production plans; drive MPS stability and manage orders.
- Support phase-in / phase-out activities and product launches.
- Facilitate daily operational meetings and lead weekly capacity alignment meetings.
- Identify and remove flow stoppers; minimize scrap and mitigate costs.
- Measure weekly/monthly KPIs; develop and implement corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and root cause analyses.
- Drive standardization, simplification, and automation of planning processes.
- Work within GMP and GDP guidelines to ensure compliant operations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, supply chain, engineering, life sciences or similar.
- Proven experience in supply chain planning, production or product planning roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with root cause analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Willingness to be on-site in Breda at least 3 days/week.
- Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are a plus.
- Experience in a regulated (GMP/GDP) environment.
- Experience with Tableau, Smartsheet, Databricks, RPA or similar automation/BI tools.
- Knowledge of SAP (PP/MM), APS or other planning systems.
- Lean / Six Sigma certification or experience in CI projects.
