Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Financial Control Specialist to oversee financial reporting, control processes, and support strategic financial planning within our Utrecht R&I division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing, including P&L, accruals, and reclasses
- Oversee financial reporting for Utrecht R&I, including balance sheet, overheads, CAPEX, taxes, and intercompany transactions
- Monitor free cash flow and balance sheet movements
- Supervise CAPEX planning and governance, including presentations
- Handle tax-related topics and business partnering with HR and site teams
- Support internal controls, external audits, and statistical reporting
- Collaborate with global teams and external stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years controlling and FP&A experience
- Strong accounting knowledge
- SAP skills; Power BI a plus
- Analytical, proactive, and able to work independently under pressure
