About the Role
You will be responsible for driving product and project initiatives within the white dairy category, covering both branded and private label products. The role focuses on portfolio optimisation, new product development, and packaging projects, ensuring commercial success and operational excellence. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will manage end-to-end processes from concept to implementation, delivering high-quality solutions that meet market and consumer needs.

Responsibilities
- Lead recipe and packaging development projects, tender processes, and portfolio optimisation (NPD, quality improvement, cost reduction).
- Manage product portfolios for A-brands and private labels with a commercial perspective.
- Coordinate phase-in/phase-out plans, article creation, and artwork processes.
- Prepare documentation and system updates in line with internal governance.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, finance, planning, R&D, QA, regulatory, and supply chain teams.

Requirements
- Academic working and thinking level with 5+ years’ experience in Marketing or Product Management.
- Excellent project and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication and networking abilities; fluent in Dutch and English.
- Ability to balance pragmatic and conceptual thinking.
- Understanding of basic business financials.
- Experience with private label and/or supply chain preferred.
- Knowledge of dairy and cheese market is a plus.
- Analytical, problem-solving mindset and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with Principal Toolbox Fortes is a big advantage.
