Role Overview
We are hiring a Project Manager to join the EVM portfolio team. You will own delivery of multiple engineering CapEx projects (€200K–€500K) — including lab/cleanroom refurbishments, GMP capability builds, end-of-life utilities and infrastructure upgrades — ensuring on-time, on-budget, and quality delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Accountable for delivery of assigned projects (planning, cost, quality).
- Review and approve project and technical documentation (Project letter, Project plan, URS, risk assessments).
- Support and guide project leads; manage escalations.
- Manage and update portfolio tools and KPIs.
- Act per RACI and be point of contact for stakeholders/sponsors.
- Onboard external contractor project leads.
- Provide timely budget, resource and timeline data to the portfolio manager.
- Support annual CapEx budget setup and control.
- Prioritise CapEx projects and align with departments.
- Deliver PM training & guidance to the EVM team and contractors.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in engineering project management.
- Hands-on delivery of CapEx projects (€200K–€500K).
- Technical engineering background (mechanical/electrical/facilities).
- Proven experience with lab refurbishments, cleanrooms, or GMP projects.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Dutch language preferred.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
- Experience with MS Project / Primavera and SAP CapEx modules.
- Experience in food manufacturing.
- Experience in validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and URS.
