About the Role
As a Labelling & Packaging Operator, you will support clinical trial supply by performing manual packaging activities according to strict SOPs and quality standards. You will work hands-on with study materials, ensure correct execution of packaging steps, and contribute to a reliable supply of clinical medicines.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform manual labelling and packaging activities according to procedures
• Complete batch documentation and escalate deviations appropriately
• Support logistics activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
• 1-3 years experience in manual or semi-automated packaging (pharma preferred)
• Strong accuracy, quality mindset, and ability to follow SOPs
• Comfortable working in a regulated environment; English required, Dutch preferred

This position offers hands-on experience within an international, compliant, and patient-impacting environment. Flexibility for potential future shift changes is required.
