Over de Rol
Als Laboratoriummanager geef je leiding aan een team van 15 specialisten en stuur je zowel operationele prestaties als cultuurontwikkeling aan. Je begeleidt gedragsverandering, stimuleert samenwerking en implementeert verbeterde werkprocessen.
Belangrijkste Verantwoordelijkheden
• Leidinggeven aan lab technici en engineers (15 FTE)
• Aansturen van cultuurverandering en teamontwikkeling
• Verbeteren van processen, workflows en kwaliteitsnormen
• Opstellen van middellange- en langetermijnplannen
• Samenwerken met Operations, HSEQ en Technische Dienst
Kwalificaties & Vereisten
• HBO/WO opleiding in chemie, biologie of vergelijkbaar
• Minimaal 8 jaar leidinggevende ervaring in een lab- of technische omgeving
• Sterke veranderkundige vaardigheden en coachend leiderschap
• Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
