Role Description
As an Brand & Portfolio Manager, you will lead brand strategy, portfolio performance, and innovation development across multiple markets. You will support category growth by shaping product plans, optimizing the assortment, delivering impactful communication assets, and ensuring strong execution in-market.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to translate insights into meaningful brand actions. You’ll balance strategic thinking with hands-on project execution in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
- Support brand strategy, portfolio planning, and performance management across markets.
- Build and manage the innovation pipeline, ensuring timely and effective launches.
- Drive product and packaging development in alignment with category needs.
- Contribute to communication assets, toolkits, and brand visibility materials.
- Identify opportunities for channel expansion and operational simplification.
- Monitor market trends, competitor moves, and brand performance to guide decision-making.
- Partner with commercial, supply chain, insights, and agency teams to ensure smooth execution.


Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or FMCG roles.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret consumer and market data.
- Experience in innovation processes, campaign development, or portfolio management is an advantage.
- Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment.
