Role Description
Seeking an experienced SHE Lead to oversee safety, health, and environment compliance on capital projects in Veghel, Netherlands. You will ensure safety standards are maintained and foster a strong safety culture across all project phases.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement SHE policies for CAPEX projects.
- Provide expert safety guidance during planning and construction.
- Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
- Lead contractor onboarding and safety training.
- Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate SHE best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in relevant field.
- 7+ years of SHE experience in large-scale projects.
- Knowledge of construction safety and environmental permits.
- Fluent in Dutch; chemical or food industry experience is a plus.
