Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and lead the delivery of capital expenditure (CAPEX) construction projects at the facilities. The successful candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to safety and quality standards.
 
Responsibilities

• Manage the on-site construction activities for CAPEX projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to meet project milestones and address technical issues.
• Oversee site logistics, permit processes, inspections, and quality assurance procedures.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and report on performance metrics to internal stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities follow environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience managing industrial CAPEX construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Fluency in Dutch is required.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with all levels of stakeholders.
