Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join the production and operations team. The successful candidate will perform a variety of technical tests and support daily laboratory functions to ensure smooth and efficient laboratory processes.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain laboratory documentation, including journals, logbooks, and archiving activities
- Support preparation of release certificates and lab test results
- Provide hands-on technical support for QC testing
- Participate in improving existing processes and supporting department growth
- Work closely with biological, microbiological, and chemical QC teams

Requirements
- Experience in a quality-regulated environment, preferably GMP
- Accurate, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong problem-solving skills
- Good communication abilities (Dutch & English) and strong MS Office skills
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
