The Company
Our client is a leading pharmaceutical organization with multiple QC laboratories focused on vaccine and biologics testing. Their Live Virus Vaccines Lab supports global product quality through advanced cell biology and virology-based analytics.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Cell Biology Analyst / Senior Lab Analyst to perform routine and non-routine cell biology analyses in a GMP environment. You will work with mammalian cell culture, virus infections, and CPE-based assays while supporting data review, troubleshooting, and quality-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and non-routine cell biological analyses on vaccines and biological products.
- Conduct cell culture, cell infection assays, and CPE-based testing.
- Interpret test results and compare them to specifications.
- Evaluate and escalate abnormal or out-of-spec results.
- Review and verify the work of colleagues for GMP compliance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow applicable SOPs and regulations.
- Support coordination as first point of contact (senior-level).

Requirements
- Completed MLO4 education in Life Sciences (biology, microbiology, biotechnology, biomedical).
- Strong hands-on cell culture experience (required).
- Experience in a QC pharmaceutical/GMP environment.
- Strong accuracy, patience, and attention to detail.
- Proactive, flexible, stress-resistant.
- Good Dutch communication (required); English sufficient.
- Experience with live virus work.
- Senior or coordinator lab experience.
- Experience with biological release testing.
- Knowledge of CPE assays or advanced virology techniques.
