About the Role
As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in managing the full product lifecycle across multiple regions. From supporting product launches to driving process improvements, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Operations Lead in managing the full product lifecycle.
- Independently execute lifecycle management activities for assigned products.
- Implement product lifecycle changes in line with the Regional Variation Master Plan.
- Maintain and update the Regional Variation Master Plan through stakeholder engagement.
- Conduct labelling assessments and complete related documentation.
- Coordinate and support product launches and specialised shipping processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely handover to production sites with complete documentation.
- Lead small-scale improvement projects and manage data collection for customer requests.
- Facilitate collaboration between Supply Chain, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing.
- Manage Master Data requests and related activities.
- Support business case development and impact assessments for launches and lifecycle changes.
- Handle registration sample and product demo requests.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Background in pharmaceuticals or supply chain (APICS, CPIM, or CIRM certification preferred).
- Experience in international and cross-functional environments.
