About the Role 
As a Quality Assurance Associate, you will be responsible for reviewing and releasing batch and packaging documentation, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and supporting quality-related tasks within the packaging operations. You will work closely with QA Officers, QPs, Packaging Operators, Planning, Logistics, and Improvement teams to safeguard product quality and support ongoing process enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
 - Review and release FPP batch documentation and packaging-related quality tasks.
 - Verify compliance with GMP, procedures, and internal quality standards.
 - Handle deviations, CAPAs, and changes accurately and on time.
 - Maintain documentation, archiving, and administrative records according to guidelines.
 - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including QA, Packaging, Planning, and Logistics.
 - Identify and support improvement initiatives and contribute to a strong safety and quality culture.

Requirements
 - Minimum MBO4 education level.
 - Good understanding of GMP and GDP principles.
 - Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
 - Ability to analyze information, prioritize tasks, and follow procedures accurately.
 - Experience handling deviations, CAPAs, and changes is an advantage.
 - Proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a collaborative environment.
