The Company
Our client is a global animal-health manufacturer operating a Center of Excellence for Quality Operations in Boxmeer. They maintain high GMP/GDP standards and focus on reliable, high-quality packaging and product release.

Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Associate (ECP) — QA-IPT Packaging to join the packaging QA team. You will perform timely FPP batch documentation reviews, support packaging related quality tasks, and manage deviations/changes to ensure compliant product release.

Key Responsibilities
- Review FPP batch documentation in line with GMP and internal quality standards.
- Perform timely review and release of packaging-related quality activities (under FPP-QP oversight).
- Record, investigate and follow up deviations, CAPAs and change controls.
- Maintain accurate archiving and documentation per procedures and data integrity standards.
- Participate in MPS / improvement initiatives and promote a continuous improvement culture.
- Work collaboratively with QPs, QA Officers, packaging operators, planning and improvement functions.
- Uphold safety culture and quality behavior’s.

Requirements
- Minimum MBO4 diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrable GMP & GDP knowledge and practical application.
- Experience with batch review, deviation/CAPA handling and documentation archiving.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate procedures into work instructions.
- Good communication skills (Dutch & English).
- Willingness to work on-site in Boxmeer and support change initiatives.
- Experience with packaging release in pharma/animal health/CMO environment.
- Familiarity with systems such as TrackWise, MasterControl, SAP-QM or LIMS.
- Basic knowledge of CSV and data integrity principles.
