Role Description
As you are responsible for leading a production team of packaging plant, overseeing the full packaging process and ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach your team to achieve daily production targets in a safe and efficient manner.
- Oversee the full packaging process and maintain compliance with safety, quality, and GMP standards.
- Analyze performance data and initiate process and efficiency improvements.
- Collaborate with maintenance, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Promote team development through coaching, feedback, and training.
Requirements
- HBO degree with a technical or operational background.
- 5–8 years’ experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally food/FMCG.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (required) and English.
- Proven leadership ability, with a proactive and hands-on approach.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system (early, late, night) — weekends off.
