Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Team Lead to oversee daily operations at one of their key packaging plants in Leerdam. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring smooth packaging processes, and maintaining high safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of approximately 25-30 colleagues during assigned shifts at the Leerdam packaging facility.
- Oversee the entire packaging process for cheese products, ensuring objectives are met according to the annual plan, departmental strategies, and organizational goals.
- Act as the first point of contact on the shop floor, providing clear guidance and support to team members.
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity, adjusting as needed to meet targets.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team development through coaching and problem-solving.
- Collaborate with colleagues across various levels of the organization to optimize operations and implement best practices.
- Work in a rotating 3-shift schedule (day, evening, night), with weekends off, to ensure smooth facility operation.

Requirements
- HBO/technical level education.
- At least 4-8 years of experience in production or operational roles within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Leadership qualities with a proactive, people-oriented approach.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and distinguish between urgent and less critical issues.
- Willingness to work in a 3-shift system, including nights and weekends.
