Role Description
As a Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle management of utility systems, ensuring they meet operational, safety, compliance, and reliability standards. You will act as the subject matter expert (SME) for your systems, supporting both day-to-day operations and project activities. 

Responsibilities
- Provide SME input during design, commissioning, and modification phases.
- Approve design documents, commissioning protocols, and system-specific SOPs.
- Ensure systems operate per internal standards, OEM recommendations, and regulations.
- Develop and approve maintenance plans and manage performance metrics.
- Lead system decommissioning and change control processes.
- Maintain asset records and lifecycle cost data in CMMS (e.g., Maximo, SAP).
- Act as SME in capital and OPEX projects, supporting FAT/SAT and system handover.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, or Mechanical).
- Experience in GMP-regulated environments (pharmaceutical, biotech, or food).
- Strong communication skills in English and Dutch.
- Familiarity with utility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, BMS, refrigeration, and fire safety.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
