Role Description
As a Customer Supply Chain Specialist, you will act as the primary point of contact for a defined region (outside Europe) and manage end-to-end customer service operations. You will coordinate order fulfillment, monitor supply chain performance, manage exceptions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires close collaboration with internal supply chain teams, finance, regulatory, and external partners to ensure smooth operations across multiple markets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end customer care for intercompany replenishment and third-party supply, including order acceptance, shipment coordination, documentation, invoicing, and problem resolution.
  • Act as point of contact for humanitarian orders, pre-registration shipments, and registration samples.
  • Ensure accurate customer master data, pricing, commercial agreements, and trade compliance information.
  • Monitor customer demand against supply plans, proactively managing exceptions to minimize disruption.
  • Collaborate closely with local supply chain teams, finance, logistics providers, and external partners.
  • Report and follow up on deviations, claims, complaints, and CAPA processes.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive process optimization.
  • Support new product introductions and cross-functional projects as needed.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable professional qualification in Industrial Engineering, Business Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a relevant Customer Service or Supply Chain role within an international environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP) and demand management tools (e.g., Rapid Response) preferred.
  • Customer-focused, service-driven, and effective in a global, multicultural organization.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
