Role Description
As an Customer service specialist you will play a key role in ensuring seamless customer experiences from order placement to delivery and invoicing. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of domestic and international customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all service-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by managing customer requests promptly and professionally.
- Oversee the complete order-to-cash process, ensuring accurate order entry, delivery coordination, and invoicing.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Planning, Business, and Supply Chain) to ensure efficient execution of customer orders.
- Maintain and verify Customer Master Data in SAP in coordination with relevant departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve service levels, streamline processes, and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and governance procedures.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service or Supply Chain within an international environment.
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of another European language is an advantage).
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
