About the Role
As an Electrical Project Engineer within the Site Engineering team, you’ll be responsible for designing and managing electrical systems and installations in a biological and pharmaceutical setting. You’ll support internal clients, lead monodisciplinary projects, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems and installations in pharmaceutical/biotech environments.
- Support internal clients in drafting user requirement specifications.
- Prepare and assess quotations independently.
- Lead monodisciplinary projects with minimal supervision.
- Manage contractors and external engineering firms.
- Evaluate and negotiate changes in project scope (more/less work).
- Document decisions and technical justifications throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements
- HBO/HBO+ level education, preferably HTS Electrotechniek or HIT.
- VCA-vol certification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or food production projects.
- Knowledge of cGMP and biosafety regulations.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and relevant technical standards.
- Experience with cleanroom construction and HVAC systems.
- Understanding of decontamination systems (e.g., hydrogen peroxide).
- Experience in engineering and execution contract formation.
- Affinity for environmentally conscious design.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch (written and spoken).
