Role description
The HR Employee Relations Specialist will serve as the first point of contact for employees, people leaders, and HR teams. This temporary role focuses on managing employee relations cases, advising on policy matters, and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and support a variety of employee-related issues and queries
- Handle grievance cases, corrective actions, and disciplinary processes
- Identify early performance concerns and coordinate the performance management process
- Provide advisory support and documentation to managers and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with global HR functions to ensure alignment in processes and practices
- Investigate potential policy violations and recommend mitigation strategies
- Promote the use of self-service tools and educate users on available HR services
- Maintain a confidential and customer-focused work environment
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and company policies
- Bachelor’s degree in Labour Law, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong background in HR and/or labour law
- Solid understanding of HR functional domains (e.g. Benefits, Compensation, HRIS, Employee Relations)
