About the Role
This position supports a global transformation programme focused on SAP S/4HANA and Centric PLM integration. The Business Analyst will bridge business and technical teams, ensuring data, processes, and systems are aligned to enable efficient R&D operations.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document R&D processes including product lifecycle, quality, packaging, and compliance
- Map and validate data requirements across SAP S/4HANA, Centric, and other systems
- Support system configuration and integration design
- Define and test data transformation logic and validation rules
- Produce documentation: process flows, functional specs, test scripts, and user guides
- Lead UAT and training sessions for business users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business and system requirements
- Support change management and cutover planning
Requirements
- 3–5+ years experience as a Business or Systems Analyst in R&D or ERP environments
- Strong understanding of consumer products industry processes
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and Centric PLM integrations
- Skilled in data mapping, modelling, and documentation
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and traditional project delivery
- Proficient in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
- Business Analysis or Agile certification (CBAP, CCBA, Scrum Master) is a plus
