Role Overview
As an HR Employee Relations Professional, you’ll be the first point of contact for employee-related issues, supporting managers and employees in navigating policies, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Key Responsibilities
-Manage employee relations cases and disciplinary actions
-Advise managers on HR policies and performance issues
-Collaborate with global HR teams
-Promote self-service tools and ensure confidentiality
Requirements
-Bachelor’s in Labour Law, HR, Psychology, or Business
-6+ years’ experience in HR or labour law
-Fluent in Dutch and English
-Available for hybrid work in Leiden
