Role Description
As a Manufacturing Technician – Life Sciences, you will be responsible for operating high-tech production lines in a GMP-regulated environment, ensuring product quality, and driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma principles, while working in a collaborative team environment across shifts.

Responsibilities

• Operate production lines according to SOPs and GMP guidelines
• Document and analyze process data using SAP/MES
• Collaborate with team members and line leads to meet production goals
• Escalate and troubleshoot atypical events using LEAN tools
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Support related logistics and administrative tasks
• Maintain process continuity and proactively seek improvements

Requirements

• MBO (technical/process) or VAPRO A/B certification
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; experience in regulated GMP/GDP/ISO settings.
• 3+ years practical experience with LEAN/Six Sigma, troubleshooting and CI tools (5WHY, RCA, Kaizen).
• Working experience with SAP and/or MES and Office tools.
• Familiarity with SOPs, calibration, batch documentation and GMP.
• Willingness to work in shifts (2- or 3-shift system).
