About the Role
As a Process Technician – Equipment Operations, you’ll play a key part in the smooth operation of our production lines, focusing on less complex machinery. In this hands-on role, you’ll be responsible for running equipment, monitoring processes, and ensuring that production meets the highest standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate as a technical operator with 1–3 years of experience.
- Apply proven technical skills and knowledge of machinery.
- Work with and understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Understand GMP areas and requirements.
- Flexibility to work on different lines.
Requirements
- MBO or equivalent in a technical field (Process Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or similar).
- 1–3 years of experience as a technical operator.
- Proven technical skill set and machinery knowledge.
- Understanding of SOPs and GMP.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts (2- or 3-shift system).
