Role Description
As Portfolio Manager, you will lead marketing and portfolio initiatives for chocolate brands within the Benelux/ITR cluster. This temporary role covers a maternity leave and requires strong project management and marketing execution skills. You will be responsible for driving brand growth, localising regional strategies, and managing cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver brand growth strategy in collaboration with the Regional Cell team.
- Localise regional brand agendas to meet local consumer and customer needs.
- Initiate and manage local portfolio projects.
- Drive cross-functional marketing and activation initiatives from strategy to execution.
- Ensure alignment and coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and related administrative tasks.
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand management and project execution.
- Proven track record in FMCG; experience in food is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in Nielsen and Power BI.
- Excellent organisational and executional skills.
- Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of the retail landscape in the Netherlands and Belgium.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
