Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Packaging Engineer to help introduce new products and technology into packaging operations. You will work closely with the manufacturing team, manage product transfers, and support process improvements. The role also involves working with regulatory agencies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
- Lead the transfer of new products into packaging lines, including testing and analysis. This also involves transferring products to a partner in Algeria.
- Help choose suitable packaging materials.
- Identify and solve issues related to processes, equipment, or materials.
- Write test plans, do technical evaluations, and prepare reports.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and share updates with managers.
- Support inspections and communicate with regulatory agencies as needed.
- Work with teams from different departments like Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience working with packaging materials in the pharmaceutical or a regulated industry.
- Good problem-solving and project management skills.
- Interest in leading or working with a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
