Our client is a global leader in early life nutrition, committed to improving health through food. They are currently seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead a strategic innovation project in the toddler category, one of the most impactful segments in their portfolio.
Role overview
As Brand Innovation Manager, you will spearhead a global initiative to develop a health-driven innovation for toddlers. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, deep consumer understanding, and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
Key responsibilities
- Define and validate a compelling consumer value proposition rooted in insights, nutritional science, and brand equity
- Translate insights into actionable product briefs, claims, and visual identity
- Collaborate with global cross-functional teams and regional marketing to align on product development
- Lead global design agency to deliver winning innovation design
- Co-develop go-to-market strategies with key markets and regional teams
- Minimum 8 years of marketing experience, including innovation management
- Proven success in developing consumer-centric brand propositions and launching innovations
- Strong analytical and strategic capabilities
- Experience in matrix organisations and stakeholder management
- Affinity with nutrition and health
