Role Overview
As Werkvoorbereider, you are responsible for planning, coordinating, and preparing all maintenance and technical activities at the Leerdam site. You ensure that materials, resources, and safety procedures are ready so maintenance tasks can be carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

-Define scope, duration, and cost of maintenance tasks

-Prepare and coordinate work with technicians and contractors

-Ensure timely availability of parts and materials

-Plan short- and long-term maintenance activities

-Collaborate with production, technical service, and suppliers

-Maintain documentation, contracts, and invoices

-Standardize recurring work and contribute to preventive maintenance plans

Requirements

-MBO-4 or HBO in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Technical Business Administration

-Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the process or food industry

-Knowledge of maintenance systems (SAP, Ultimo, TPM, LEAN, WCOM)

-Analytical, proactive, and hands-on mindset

-Fluent in Dutch and good English communication skills
