Role Description
As a Supply Chain & Logistics Associate, you will play a key role in supporting reverse logistics and distribution operations across the EMEA region. This includes managing product returns, tracking shipments, handling distribution complaints, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve operational issues in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate returns of Finished Drug Products (FDP) to company sites, third-party manufacturers, or warehouses.
- Handle distribution complaints, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Support tracking and tracing of shipments, ensuring accuracy in documentation.
- Monitor and report on EU FMD alerts and trends.
- Assist in continuous process improvements and stakeholder collaboration.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to SOX, GMP, and GDP regulations.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in logistics or supply chain management within a GMP/GDP-regulated environment.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
