About the Role
As a Process Operator, you’ll be part of a production team responsible for preparing and executing manufacturing tasks involving potent and sterile materials. You’ll operate equipment, follow strict procedures and contribute to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. This role also includes documentation, troubleshooting and participation in improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Operate machinery and carry out production processes according to procedures
- Follow pharmaceutical guidelines for safety, hygiene and environmental standards
- Perform in-process control tests to ensure product quality
- Complete and verify documentation, and report deviations
- Identify and help resolve equipment issues
- Support tasks such as cleaning, assembling and disassembling equipment
- Contribute to improvement proposals and cross-functional projects

Requirements
- MBO level 2 or 3 education, preferably with a relevant diploma
- Ability to work cleanly, accurately and in compliance with procedures
- Comfortable working independently and in teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take part in training (e.g. pharmaceutical operator or VAPRO)
- A proactive attitude and customer-focused mindset

Other Information
- Job is available 5-shift schedules.
- Part-time is also available for minimum 24 hours/week
