Role Overview
As a Regulatory Affairs Officer, you will ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations for products within the Nutricia portfolio — including infant formula, food, and FSMP (Food for Special Medical Purposes).
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with local and EU regulations.
- Validate product labels, communications, and registration files.
- Maintain and manage regulatory databases.
- Act as a regulatory subject matter expert across NWW countries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, and Quality teams.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Regulatory Affairs, Food Law, or related field.
- 3–4 years of international regulatory experience (Food/Nutrition/Pharma).
- Strong understanding of EU food regulations and FSMP requirements.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Adult Medical Nutrition.
- Knowledge of Concur or regulatory databases.
- Multilingual capabilities (Dutch, French, or German).
