Role Description
As an Associate Supply Chain Import/Export (Level 3), you will manage international shipments, process supply orders, and ensure compliance with global trade and pharmaceutical regulations. You'll work closely with logistics partners, internal teams, and external customers to support efficient and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate global import/export shipments
- Process daily supply orders and manage documentation
- Book and monitor shipments, resolving issues proactively
- Handle returns and customer service inquiries
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party logistics providers
- Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Support reporting and KPI tracking
Requirements
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of supply chain experience in a regulated environment
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in computer systems (ERP experience is a plus)
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality
